Whatever your fitness level, BodyPT uses a combination of techniques for beginners to athlete in order to target heart rate, reduce unwanted body fat, and achieve body tone in combination with H.I.I.T training sessions, skipping, combat exercises and pad work. Our body training systems focus on short high intensity intervals followed by recovery with slower controlled movements which achieve faster results, with or without the need for equipment.
