CARDIO

Whatever your fitness level, BodyPT uses a combination of techniques for beginners to athlete in order to target heart rate, reduce unwanted body fat, and achieve body tone in combination with H.I.I.T training sessions, skipping, combat exercises and pad work. Our body training systems focus on short high intensity intervals followed by recovery with slower controlled movements which achieve faster results, with or without the need for equipment.

STRENGTH TRAINING

BodyPT’s success comes from utilising a proven method of both weights and high resistance band exercises to improve strength and endurance allowing the body to work in a more efficient way. We focus on balancing heavier compounded exercises and muscle groups with lighter resistance work to ensure toned and athletic lines are achieved and to avoid that bulky look.

Core Strength & Posture Alignment

BodyPT training incorporates a strong foundation and core to ensure correct postural alignment and prevention of injury. The key focus during all training is on correct posture, ensuring your core is always engaged. Ensuring core activation and quality of reps over amount of reps on every move we do means you get the most out of each exercise and a tighter waistline.

BOXING

Boxing is undoubtedly an effective workout for beginners to athletes alike, it combines sustained cardio with explosive power. Boxing offers many benefits for the body – from improved physical performance to weight maintenance, and for the mind, including improved focus and stress reduction and plays a key role in creating those delicate lines.

FAT LOSS & TONE

BodyPT focuses on reducing unwanted bodyfat whilst conditioning and toning muscle and more importantly ensuring a balanced lean/muscle ratio with athletic tone, which is what most clients seek from the outset.
